Quality Control from Component to Complete Robot

Sep 20, 2026By Ludu Robotics

A humanoid robot is a chain of hundreds of parts; quality has to be enforced at every link. Our QC system runs from incoming components to finished, walking robots.

Component level

Every batch of machined parts, motors, encoders and electronics passes incoming inspection before it enters the warehouse — dimensions, materials and electrical characteristics, with full traceability.

Module level

Each BXI actuator is bench-tested in Shenzhen: torque curves, backlash, encoder accuracy and temperature rise under load. Only modules that meet spec move on to robot assembly.

Whole-machine level

After integration in Changzhou, every robot runs burn-in and full gait validation — walking, squatting and dynamic motions on the test floor, exactly the skills it will perform in the field. A robot ships only when the complete machine passes.

Ludu 3 gait testing on the test floor

The same discipline carried Ludu 3 through two 21 km half-marathons — reliability you can point your customers to.
